List of Ingredients
2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
2 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pkg. Hidden Valley dip mix
1/2 cup each of your favorite veggies, either shredded or finely chopped
examples, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, radishes, red onions, (whatever you like!)
2-3 seeded and drained Roma tomatoes
Recipe
Unroll the crescents and press into a jelly roll pan, pressing out the perferations. Bake according to package directions. Allow to cool. Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo and dip mix. Spread over cooled crust. Mix together your veggie (except tomatoes) choice so that the veggies are well mixed. Spread over the cream cheese mixture and press into it. At this point, I refrigeratr a couple of hours to let flavors marry. At serving time, I sprinkle the diced tomatoes over. I know some that sprinkle grated cheese over top. I personally don't cake for that, but you may! Roma tomatoes work best, because they hold up!
