Eggsquisite Breakfast Casserole

1# sliced bacon, diced
1/2 # sliced dried beef cut into small pieces,
1 can (4 oz ) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup all purpuse flour
1/8 t. pepper
4 cup milk
16 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 t salt
1/4 cup butter or margarine Recipe
In a lg skillet, saute bacon til tender-crisp. Remove bacon to paper towel to drain; discard all but 1/4 cup of the drippings. Add beef, mushrooms and pepper; sprinkle on the flour. Stir until throughly combined. Gradually add milk; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in bacon; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat eggs slightly; add evaporated milk and salt. In another skillet, melt butter. Add eggs. cook and stir gently over med heat until eggs are set. Place half of the eggs in a 9 by 13 baking dish; pour half sauce over the eggs. Spoon on remaining eggs, then remaining sauce. can now be refrigerated overnight. cover and bake at 300 for 45-50 min until heated through. Let stand 5 min before serving. If refrigerated bake 1 hour.
