3-3/4 C sugar
1-1/2 C light corn syrup
1 C water
2 drams or (2 tsp) flavoring (oil)
food coloring of choice
powdered sugar
Recipe
Mix 1st 3 ingred in large saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Boil without stirring til temp reaches 310 degrees. Remove from heat. AFTER BOILING HAS STOPPED, stir in flavoring & coloring. Pour onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Cool & sprinkle with powdered sugar. Break into pieces & store in airtight container.
