    Starbucks Spiced Coffee Pecans

    Yield: approximately 2 cups
    2 large egg-whites
    2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
    1 tablespoon ground Starbucks Christmas Blend coffee
    2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    2 teaspoons ground ginger
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    8 ounces pecan halves

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325F.
    In a medium mixing bowl, whisk egg whites until they are frothy.
    Add pecans to egg whites.
    Sprinkle pecans with sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt and Starbucks Christmas Blend coffee.
    Toss with a spoon to evenly coat pecans.
    Spread pecans evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet.
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, tossing pecans occasionally to allow for even cooking.
    Remove from oven and cool.
    Serve immediately, or pecans can be kept in an airtight container for up to one week.
