Ingredients:
1 can (10-12 ounces)condensed beef broth
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup light soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 tsp. red food color
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into strips
Recipe
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
2. Preheat the oven to 450*F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the chicken strips on the baking sheet, discarding the remaining marinade.
3. Bake for 10 minutes, then turn the chicken over; bake 8 to 10 more minutes, or until no pink remains in the chicken and it is glazed. Serve immediately.
Makes 12 servings (3 to 4 strips)
