Teriyaki Marinade

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup orange marmalade or apricot jam
1/2 cup natural soy sauce (such as tamari, you can just use regular though)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
3 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup dry sherry
Recipe
The recipe in the book is to pour it over tofu squares, sliced chicken breast, and asparagus in separate dishes so you can serve vegetarians separately, bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds.
I actually marinated skinless/boneless thighs in it 12 hours and then baked.
