    2 T. Western Spice
    1-7 oz. can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce,San Marcos Brand
    1 T. liquid hickory smoke
    1 T. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 C. pureed onions
    2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
    2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
    zest & juice of 1/2 an orange
    juice of 1/2 a lemon
    2 C. catsup
    3/4 C. brown sugar
    2 T. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves

    Recipe



    Puree chipotle peppers in adodo sauce in blender. Reserve 2 Tablespoons for barbecue sauce and freez the rest for later use(keeps in the refrigerator for several weeks).
    Combine all ingredients, refrigerate until ready to serve or freze for later use.
