1 4-oz can dry mustard
3/4 C. dry white wine
1/2 C. vinegar
2 eggs
1/2 C. honey
2 C. mayonnaiseRecipe
Combine mustard, wine, and vinegar in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and let stand at room temperature at least 8 hours.
Combine eggs and honey in top of a double boiler. Bring water to a boil; reduce heat to medium, and cook over simmering water until mixture is thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; Let cool. Stir in mustard mixture and mayonnaise. Store in refrigerator.
