1/2 cup dried parsley
1/3 cup minced onion
1/4 cup dried chives
1/3 cup chili powder
1/4 cup ground cumin
dash of salt

Mix the above and put in a sealed jar. I used a coffee grinder to grind this down to a powder consistency.

To Make The Dip

3 tbsp Mexican Fiesta Dip Mix
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream OR low fat yogurt.

In a bowl, combine the mayo and sour cream, whisk until smooth. Add fiesta mix and whisk again. Refrigerate 2-4 hours. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
