    Amber Pecan Pie

    This recipe was given to me by my best friend Sherry. Makes 2 deep dish pies.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 C butter
    • 1 C packed lite brown sugar
    • 3 eggs - well beaten
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 C lite corn syrup
    • 1 C pecans
    • 1 tsp vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Cream the butter and salt.
    2. Stir in all the other ingredients.
    3. Pour into pie shells.
    4. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until set.
