    Gooey Yellow Cake


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 stick butter
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 8 oz cream cheese, room temp.
    • 1 box powdered sugar, with 1/4 C reserved


    Instructions


    1. Grease and flour 9"x13" pan.
    2. Melt the stick of butter.
    3. Mix together the butter, cake mix and 1 egg. MIX ONLY UNTIL IT GETS CRUMBLY, NO MORE!
    4. Pour cake mix evenly into pan.
    5. Combine cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar. Pour over cake mix.
    6. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
    7. Sprinkle reserved sugar on top.
