    Sour Cream Cake

    It tastes better than it sounds!


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tsp brown sugar
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 4 eggs
    • 1/2 C sugar
    • 3/4 C oil
    • 1 C pecans, chopped
    • 8 oz sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
    2. Combine the cake mix, sugar and oil.
    3. Beat in eggs one at a time.
    4. Beat until batter is creamy and smooth.
    5. Add sour cream, vanilla and nuts.
    6. Pour half of batter into pan. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar. Add other half of the batter.
    7. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.


    Final Comments


    No need for icing on this cake unless you just want to.
