Apple Crisp
List of Ingredients
FILLING:
~ 6 apples
~ 2/3 C sugar
~ 1/4 C water
CRUST:
~ 1 C flour
~ 1 C brown sugar
~ 1 stick butterRecipe
FILLING:
1. Peel, core and slice apples.
2. Place in bottom of 12x9 pan.
3. Sprinkle with sugar and add water.
CRUST:
1. Melt butter.
2. Mix in brown sugar.
3. Add flour.
4. Spread mixture over apples.
5. Cover and bake at 400 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
*I personally double the crust recipe. Try it this way and
then decide for yourself.
