    Sausage Balls

    An incredibly simple appetizer that's really tasty.
    Preparation time: 5 minutes
    Cooking time: about 20 minutes


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1b. hot sausage
    • 1(8oz.) package sharp cheddar cheese; grated
    • 2 cups bisquick mix
    • dash Tabasco sauce


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
    2. Shape into small balls
    3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
    4. Can be frozen and re-heated later.
