1 can (28oz.) pumpkin pie mix ; prepared (Check can label for preparation ingredients---usually evaporated milk and eggs)
Your favorite single crust pie dough recipe
Non dairy whipped topping or whipped cream
Instructions
Prepare a single crust pie dough; form into a 9" pie pan. Flute the edges and dock(poke holes) in the bottom crust with the tines of a fork; set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine ingredients with pumpkin pie mix as instructed on the label. Pour mince meat into pie crust, followed by pumpkin mixture.
Bake in a preheated 400 deegree oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake about 25 minutes longer; insert knife in center; if it comes out "clean" the pie is done.
Cool completely, Garnish with non dairy whipped topping or whipped cream, when served.
