Coconut Suprise Cake
If you like Coconut, You will love this cake!! And it is very low-fat!!
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
List of Ingredients
- 1 White Cake Mix
- 3 Egg whites
- 1 1/4 cups Water
- 1/3 cup Applesauce
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip - lite but not fat-free (softened)
- 1 (12oz) package Coconut
- 1 can fat-free Eagle Brand sweetened-condensed milk,or any other brand.
Instructions
- Blend cake mix, egg whites, water and applesauce in a large mixing bowl, on low speed of electric mixer, until moistened. Beat for 2 minutes at high speed.
- Pour into a greased and floured 13x9 pan.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately punch hole all over cake with a plastic straw or toothpick.
- Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over top, use all of the milk.
- Allow cake to completely cool. Spread Cool Whip on top and cover with the Coconut. Refrigerate.
