German Sweet Chocolate 1/4 cup butter 15 oz. can evaporated milk 1-1/2 cups sugar 3 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/8 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1-1/3 cups flaked coconut 1/2 cup chopped pecans Instructions Melt chocolate and butter on low heat, stir in milk. Mix with electric mixer; Sugar, salt cornstarch, add eggs one at a time, add vanilla. Blend in chocolate mixture. Pour into the pie crust. Cover top with coconut and nut mixture. Bake in a preheated oven 275 degrees for 45 minutes.
