Cream 1/4 cup butter, 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, add to oats. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, flour, soda and cinnamon. Blend well, pour into 13x9" pan, bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. TOPPING: Mix all ingredients and spread over cake while hot, brown lightly under broiler, watching closely.
