Set aside Beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes. Gradually beat in sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice. Fold the dry ingred. into the pumpkin mixture. Spread onto a 15x10-Inch jelly roll pan. Top with the nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn out onto a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll up in the towel. Cool completely. Unroll and fill. FILLING Beat all ingredients until smooth. Spread over cake. Roll up and chill.
