    Quick Peanut Butter Fudge

    Recipe Introduction


    This Fudge has no butter and is really good.
    yield: 3-4 dozen


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups Sugar
    • 1/2 cup Milk
    • 1-1/3 cups Peanut butter
    • 1 jar (7oz.) Marshmallow creme


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan, bring sugar and milk to a boil. Boil 4 minutes or to soft-ball stage.

    2. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and marshmallow creme: mix well.

    3. Quickly pour into a buttered 8"in. square pan: chill until set.

    4. Cut into squares.



    Final Comments


    (If you would like Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge just add a (12oz.) package of semi-sweet chocolate chips soon as candy is removed from heat.)
