Quick Peanut Butter Fudge
Recipe Introduction
This Fudge has no butter and is really good.
yield: 3-4 dozen
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1-1/3 cups Peanut butter
- 1 jar (7oz.) Marshmallow creme
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring sugar and milk to a boil. Boil 4 minutes or to soft-ball stage.
- Remove from heat and add peanut butter and marshmallow creme: mix well.
- Quickly pour into a buttered 8"in. square pan: chill until set.
- Cut into squares.
Final Comments
(If you would like Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge just add a (12oz.) package of semi-sweet chocolate chips soon as candy is removed from heat.)
