Temperature; 350 degrees 3 dozen List of Ingredients 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda Dash salt 1 cup brown sugar, packed 1-3/4 cups quick-cooking rolled oats 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces 1/2 cup oil 1/4 cup water 1 tsp. vanilla extract Instructions In a big bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, nuts and chocolate pieces. Add oil, water and vanilla. Mix to blend well. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, about 2" apart since cookies will spread while baking. Bake 350 degrees for about 10 minutes for each baking sheet, until lightly browned. Let cookies stand for about 1 minute. Loosen edges and carfully remove cookies to wire racks to cool.
