List of Ingredients TARTS SHELLS; 1/2 cup margarine 1/2 cup sugar 2 egg yolks 1 tsp. almond extract 2 cups sifted all purpose flour FILLING: 1/2 cup margarine 1/3 cup dark corn syrup 1 cup confectioners sugar 1 cup chopped pecans Instructions TART SHELLS: Mix margaine and sugar. Stir in egg yolks, almond extract and sifted flour. Press evenly into tiny tart shells or muffin cups. Bake 400 degrees 8 to 10 minutes. FILLING: Bring to a boil, margarine, corn syrup and confectioners sugar. Stir in pecans. Spoon into shells. Top with pecan halves. Bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Cool. Makes 4 doz.
