Oven temp. Preheat-- 400 degrees
List of Ingredients
1 can cherry pie filling
1 Tbsp. lemon peel
3 Tbsp. boiling water
1 cup Bisquick Mix
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 or 2 Tbsp. sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix pie filling and lemon peel, put in a square 8x8x2-inch pan.
Combine baking mix and butter in a bowl. Add boiling water; stir hard, until dough forms a ball and comes clean from the bowl.(dough will be puffy and soft)
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto fruit mixture.
Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over dough.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
