Recipe Introduction
This is good to used left over turkey and stuffing.
List of Ingredients
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
1-1/2 cups finely diced celery
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix or 3 cups left over baked stuffing
2 cups cooked turkey chunks
1/2 cup milk
2 cups turkey gravy
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. poultry seasoningRecipe
In a medium skillet saute' onion and celery in butter until crisp-tender. Stir in stuffing mix and water or left over stuffing. Add turkey, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix well. Turn into greased 2 quart casserole. Beat lightly gravy, milk and egg. Pour over stuffing mixture. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 30 minutes or until slightly puffed and golden brown. Serves 4 to 6.
