Onion Soup Mix




List of Ingredients



• 3/4 cup Minced onion ; dried
  
• 1/3 cup beef bouillon
  
• 4 tsp. Onion powder
  
• 1/4 tsp. Crushed celery seed
  
• 1/4 tsp. sugar
  






Instructions



1. Combine all ingredients. Store in tight fitting container. About Tablespoons of mix are equal to one 1.25 oz. package. Use in making soup or onion dip.
   
2. For dip Mix 5 Tbls. with one pint of sour cream) This can also be used to season meatloaf and many other dishes.
