List of Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs -beaten
- 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
Instructions
- Mix corn, milk, eggs, butter , pepper and salt. Add cornmeal, stir until moistened.
- Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees 50 to 55 minutes until browned and set in the center.
