CORNMEAL-COATING FOR CHICKEN
Yield: 3 batches (2-1/4 c. total)
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. cornmeal
4 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all 9 ingredients. Store in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
