    Homemade Horseradish Sauce

    Homemade Horseradish Sauce

    No Nutritional Analysis

    Plan ahead…needs to refrigerate overnight
    Yield: 1 cup

    6 T. white wine vinegar OR white vinegar
    8 tsp. water
    2 T. sugar
    1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (wear protective gloves and don’t touch face.)
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. finely shredded horseradish root

    In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients; mix well. Stir in horseradish. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
