    LOW-CALORIE, FAT-FREE WHIPPED CREAM

    Yield: 16 Tablespoons

    2 T. water
    1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. nonfat powdered milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. ice water
    1/2 tsp. liquid sugar substitute

    In a small skillet, add water. Sprinkle with gelatin. After gelatin has soaked in; stir over low heat until clear; cool. In a large mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients; mix well. Add gelatin mixture and whip until fluffy
    with a wire whisk or electric beaters. Refrigerate until ready to use.

    2 T. equals: 16 calories....0 fat....1 mg cholesterol....2 gm carbohydrate....2 gm protein....25 mg sodium
