    Mexican Mocha Mix -- w

    Light & Tasty 2003 – M. Regakis; Sommerville, MS
    Mexican Mocha Mix
    Yield: about 2-1/4 c. mix

    3/4 c. baking cocoa
    2/3 c. sugar -or- Splenda Granular
    2/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. dry-milk powder
    1/3 c. instant coffee granules
    3/4 c. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice

    Additional Ingredients (for each serving)
    1 c. hot fat-free milk
    Optional: 1 cinnamon stick

    Mix:
    In a blender, combine the first 7 ingredients; cover and process until mixture forms a powder. Store in an airtight container.

    To Prepare Mocha Drink:
    In a mug, stir 3 T. mix with 1 c. hot milk until blended. Garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired. Serves: 1
