    POWDERED SUGAR REPLACEMENT

    (Yield: 4 cup (1000 mL)

    2 cups (500 mL) nonfat dry milk powder
    2 cups (500 mL) cornstarch
    1 cup (250 mL) granulated sugar replacement

    Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Whip until well blended and powdered.

    Exchange: 1/4 cup (60 mL): 1 bread, 1/2 nonfat milk, 1/2 bread ++++ Calories 1/4 cup (60 mL): 81
