    Low-Fat Country Cooking – C. Roberts; Findlay, OH
    Cinnamon Popcorn

    Yield 2 qts.

    2 qts. plain popped popcorn
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon

    Place popcorn in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. In a small bowl mix egg white, sugar and cinnamon. Pour over popcorn and mix thoroughly. Bake at 300º for 20 minutes. Cool. Store in an airtight container.

    Great snack for traveling…it’s not sticky!

    One 1-cup serving equals: 91 calories…1 gm fat…0 cholesterol…7 mg sodium…21 gm carbohydrate…2 gm protein.
