Sugar-Free Holiday Nog -- e
Plan ahead…needs time to chill.
Serves 8
1 .9-oz. pkg sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
7 c. skim milk, ‘divided’
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla extract – or – rum flavoring
2 to 4 pkts artificial sweetener
1 c. evaporated skim milk
Combine pudding mix, 2 c. milk, vanilla and sweetener in a bowl; mix according to pudding directions. Pour into a 1/2 gal. container with a tight fitting lid. Add 3 c. milk; shake well.
Add evaporated milk and shake. Add remaining milk, shake well. Chill.
One 1-cup serving equals: 107 calories…187 mg sodium…1 mg cholesterol…15 gm carbohydrate…10 gm protein… 1 gm fat ++++ Exchanges: 1 skim milk...1/4 starch.
