    Turkey Tortilla Spirals -- e-w

    Turkey Tortilla Spirals

    Plan ahead…needs to chill for at least 1 hour

    Yield: 36

    3/4 lb. thinly sliced deli turkey
    6 flour tortillas (8-in.)
    1 8-oz. pkg. fat-free cream cheese
    6 T. finely chopped pecans
    1 16-oz. can whole-berry cranberry sauce, ‘divided’
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 green onions, thinly sliced

    Place turkey on tortillas to within 1/4-in. of edge. Spread cream cheese over turkey; sprinkle with pecans. Spread each tortilla 2 T. cranberry sauce. Roll up jelly-roll style; wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.

    Just before serving, cut each roll into 6 pieces. In a small bowl combine the celery, onions and remaining cranberry sauce. Serve with tortilla spirals

    3 spirals with 1-1/2 tsp. sauce equals: 204 calories…5 gm fat (1 gm saturated)…12 mg cholesterol…485 mg sodium…31 gm carbohydrate…1 gm fiber…10 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 1 starch…1 lean meat…1/2 fat ++++ WWP: 4
