Cilantro Lime Dressing -- e
Yield: Makes about 1/4 cup
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1-2 tablespoons olive, or vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoons sugar or Splenda sweetener
Mix all ingredients; refrigerate until serving time. Mix again before using.
