Spicy Mango-Orange Slush -- w
Yield: 2 servings (about 1-1/3 c. each)
2 c. cubed peeled ripe mango, frozen
1 c. fresh orange juice
1/2 c. sparkling water, chilled
1 tsp. grated lime rind
2 T. fresh lime juice
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
Place all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth.
