Haunting Hot Chocolate

1 c. nonfat dry milk powder
Artificial sweetener (Splenda) equivalent to 5 T. of sugar
3 T. baking cocoa
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash salt
3 c. boiling water
In a saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients. Add boiling water; stir until milk powder is dissolved.
One 1-cup serving equals: 60 calories…trace fat…2 mg cholesterol…133 mg sodium...3 gm carbohydrate…1 gm fiber…5 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 1 fat-free milk….
