To lower fat...use Vanilla non-fat Frozen Yogurt instead of the ice cream.

1 (29 oz) can sliced peaches -- drained
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Process first 3 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Add ice cream; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
