Pumpkin Yeast Bread ABM - e

Serves: 1 loaf (16 slices) about 1-1/2 lbs.
1/2 c. + 2 T. water (70º-80º)
1/2 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
1/4 c. reduced margarine, softened
1/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
2-3/4 c. bread flour
1 1/4-oz. pkg. active dry yeast
In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color, loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing; add 1 to 2 T. of water or flour if needed).
