    SEASONED POPOVERS

    Yield: 12 popovers.

    2 eggs
    1 cup milk
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Beat eggs at medium speed of an electric mixer until frothy. Add remaining ingredients; continue beating just until smooth. Place a well greased muffin pan in a 450 degree F. oven for 3 minutes or until a drop of water sizzles when dropped in muffin cup. Remove pan from oven; fill each muffin cup two-thirds full with batter. Bake at 450 degrees F. for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees F., and bake an additional 25 minutes. Remove pan from oven, and serve popovers immediately while warm.
