    Serves: 2

    1/2 lb. panfish fillets (perch, trout)
    4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. dill weed

    Place fish in a 10-in. pie plate coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with Parmesan and dill. Bake, uncovered, at 350-F for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
