    Basil Baked Chops - 2
    Serves: 2

    2 bone-in pork chops (5 oz., each), trimmed
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. sliced zucchini
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    2 T. chopped onion
    1 tsp. dried basil

    Place each pork chop in the center of an 18-in. x 12-in. piece of heavy-duty foil. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Top with zucchini, carrots and onion. Sprinkle with basil. Bring opposite long edges of foil together over top of vegetables and fold down several times. Fold short ends toward food and crimp tightly to prevent leaks. Place foil pouches on a baking sheet. Bake at 350-F for 45-55 minutes or until pork juices run clear and vegetables are tender.
