Pepper Jack Chicken - 2 - w
Serves: 2
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5-oz. each)
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 to 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 slices reduced-fat pepper Jack cheese (3/4 oz. each)
1/4 c. salsa
Optional: Hot cooked noodles
Brush chicken with oil; sprinkle wit seasoned pepper and garlic powder. Grill on an indoor grill coated with nonstick cooking spray for 4-5 minutes or until juices run clear. Transfer chicken to serving plates, top with cheese and salsa. Serve with noodles if desired.
