    Recipe Introduction

    To lower sodium…use reduced-sodium ham WW Points
    Exchanges
    Serves: 6

    1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-fat, reduced-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. fully cooked lean ham
    1/2 c. fat-free evaporated milk
    2 T. white wine…or…water
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 pkg. (7 oz.) spaghetti
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

    In a slow cooker, combine the first 6 ingredients. Covr and cook on LOW for 4 hours. Cook spaghetti according to package directions (Omitting Salt); drain. Add the spaghetti and cheese to slow cooker; toss to coat.

    One 3/4-cup serving equals: 231 calories…5 gm fat (2 gm saturated)…18 mg cholesterol…607 mg sodium…32 gm carbohydrate…1 gm fiber…14 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 2 starch…1 lean meat…1/2 fat ++++ WWP: 5.4
