    10 3/4 ounces condensed tomato soup
    1/2 cup taco sauce
    1/4 cup water
    1 1/2 pounds ground beef, 95% lean
    1/2 cup instant brown rice -- uncooked
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 clove garlic -- minced
    2 egg whites

    Prep Slow cooker with foil strips to lift meatloaf out.

    In small bowl, combine soup, taco sauce & water. Mix well.

    In large bowl, combine ground beer, rice, onion, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, egg, & 1/2 c tomato soup mix. Mix well

    Shape into loaf & carefully place in the bottom of slow cooker Pour remaining soup over meat loaf cover & cook on low 7-9 hrs cut into 6 slices. Spoon sauce over meatloaf
