    Sausage-Chili Dip - 24 -- w

    BH&G 5 Ingredient Slow Cooking
    Sausage-Chili Dip (crockpot) - 24 -- w
    Serves: 24

    8-oz. bulk pork sausage
    2 15-oz. cans chili without beans, undrained
    2 c. shredded American cheese
    1 c. green salsa or salsa

    In a medium skillet cook sausage over medium heat until brown. Drain off fat. Transfer sausage to a 3-1/2 to 4-qt slow cooker. Stir in chili, cheese and salsa.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours. Serve immediately or keep warm on LOW-setting
    For up to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Stir just before serving.

    One serving equals: 135 calories�10 gm fat (5 gm saturated)�24 mg cholesterol�398 mg sodium�3 gm carbohydrate�0 fiber�7 gm protein +++WWP: 4
