    4 c. diced peeled potatoes
    1-1/2 c. frozen whole kernel corn..OR..1 can (15-1/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
    4 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    1/8 tsp. pepper

    In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until vegetables are tender.

    One 1-cup serving (prepared with Frozen Corn) equals: 116 calories…1 gm fat (trace saturated)…0 cholesterol…169 mg sodium…27 gm carbohydrate…4 gm fiber…3 gm protein ++++ Exchanges: 1-1/2 starch ++++ WWP: 2
