    Caramel Baked Pears

    Yield: 3 servings.

    1 (29-ounce) can pear halves in juice -- drained (6 halves)
    1/4 cup caramel ice-cream topping
    Ground cinnamon

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Drain pear halves, cut sides down, on paper towels.

    Place pear halves, cut sides down, in pie plate, 9 × 1 1/4 inches. Drizzle with ice-cream topping.

    Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until warm. Spoon ice-cream topping in pan over pears. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
