Double Orange Roughy

4 (4 oz.) orange roughy fillets, thawed
3 T. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. orange juice
1 seedless orange, peeled and sliced thin
1 T. sesame seeds
Place thawed fillets in a shallow glass dish. Sprinkle with soy sauce, ginger, orange peel, oil and garlic. Turn to coat. Allow fillets to marinate at least 15 minutes. Drain fish and broil under low heat for 5 minutes per side.
Meanwhile in a skillet, heat orange juice over medium heat. Add orange slices and sesame seeds. Heat through, than transfer orange mixture to serving platter. Place broiled fillets on the oranges and serve.
