Pears w/Cinnamon Cream Dipping Sauce -- e-w
Yield: 3 servings
- 4 ounces light cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half or fat-free milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 (6 ounce) pears, sliced
Combine cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon in a small mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer on low speed, beat until well blended. Add half-and-half and vanilla and blend until smooth. Serve with pears.
